Ingredients: top grade wheat flour M36-30 or M36-27, medium rye flour, unfermented rye malt, dry yeast, iodized salt.
Cooking method: To 500 g of the dry mixture, add 260-290 ml of warm water and one tablespoon of vegetable oil. For a piquant flavor, you can add one tablespoon of French mustard or one tablespoon of dried garlic to the dough. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands. Then, place it in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest in a warm place for 45-60 minutes. Without kneading, carefully place the finished dough in a greased pan or frying pan and let it rest, covered, for 20 minutes. Bake at medium heat for 30-40 minutes on one side, covered. Then flip the bread over and bake on the other side, uncovered, for 5-8 minutes, until golden brown. You can also bake in an oven at 230-250°C until done, or in a bread machine according to the instructions.
