Dry mix for baking bread "Home mix"

   This flour mix for bread contains only natural ingredients, including wheat wholemeal of coarse grain for a healthy diet. Ingredients: top grade wheat flour M54-28 or M54-25, wheat wholemeal of coarse grain, whole milk powder, white sugar, dry yeast, iodized salt.

Cooking method: For 500 g of dry mixture, add 280-320 ml of warm water and two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Optionally, add 2.5 tablespoons of French mustard to the dough for a piquant flavor. Knead thoroughly until smooth, cover with a clean cloth, and let sit in a warm place for 35-40 minutes. Punch down the finished dough and place it in a pan greased with vegetable oil or shortening. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, covered, and bake on low heat for 30-40 minutes on one side, covered. Then flip it over and bake the other side for 2 minutes, covered, and 5-8 minutes uncovered. You can also bake in an oven at 230-250°C until done, or in a bread machine according to the instructions.
