First grade wheat flour ''Gaspadar" M 36-27 is distinguished by high content of gluten that is one of the main indicators chracterising the quality of flour. The high content of gluten improves the quality of baking products it lets to get more porous airy and elastic crumb.

First grade wheat flour "Gaspadar" is used for cooking confectionery such as ginger-breads, honey-cakes, muffins and also bread.
