Semi-finished product of flour ''Yeast pizza'' is the mixture of pre-prepared ingredients (top grade wheat flour, dry instant yeast, sugar, salt). The ingredients used in the mixture comply all safety norms and sanitary norms and rules.
Cooking method: The dry yeast pizza mix is diluted with water or milk at the temperature of 35-40 degrees Celsius. For 500 grams of the mixture you should add 260-280 ml. of water or milk then mix is thoroughly untill the lumps disappear. You may add an egg, 10-15 grams of melted butter or margarine. After kneading the dough is left to ferment in a warm place for 45-60 minutes. Prepared dough is rolled out in a layer of 3-5 mm. thick and put in a mold greased with vegetable oil. The top of the finished dough is greased with tomato sause or ketchup and spread with any filling (to the taste of a hostess). You may grease the filling with mayonnaize. Sliced tomatoes are spread on the top and it is sprinkled with grated cheese.
Bake pizza at the temperature of 200-220 degrees Celsius during 20-25 minutes.
