Cooking method: for 500 gr. of the semi-finished product of flour "Yeast fritters" you should add 500-600 ml. of warm milk or water (30-40 degrees Celcius), one egg and mix up to getting homogeneous mass and complete disappearing of lumps. Bake pancakes on a well-heatted pan adding some vegetable oil.
