Cooking method: Add 350-400 ml of warm water (temperature 20 0C - 40 0C), two eggs, and 150 g of softened butter to the dry flour mix. Knead the dough until all lumps disapear and a smooth consistency is achieved. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes. Place the dough into a preheated waffle iron. Bake the waffles using vegetable oil until done. To maintain the crispy texture of the waffles and prevent them from becoming soggy, it is recommended to place the hot waffles on a plate in a single layer until completely cooled.
